Q : What is Beauty Friends page all about?
A : Beauty Friends is a online shop selling authentic Korea skin care and cosmetic at affordable price.

Q: How do I know if all the products are genuine?
A: All products are directly ordered from Korea/authorised distributor. Our products have the authenticity label,so do shop without worry!

Q : What if I found out product purchased from Beauty Friends counterfeit is counterfeit?
A: Photos with proof of counterfeit items should be sent within 3 days after items received.Full refund will be made.

Q: Why is Beauty Friends only sell small range of items?
A:We do not import any new stocks anymore due to limited time as we have other priorities as student/full-time worker.
Hence, price is lower compared to other blogshops.
(we're trying to clear our stocks to concentrate on our studies and job)

Q: How do I make payment for my order?
A : Customer can make payment by:
a)online transfer
b)bank in ATM machine.

Q :How long will I receive my purchase?
A : All are ready stocks items.Items will be posted out within 2days(working days) after payment via Poslaju.
Poslaju delivery usually takes 1-2 days.
Tracking number will be provided.

Q : How much are the delivery cost? What options do I have?
A : For first 500g,RM9 for West Malaysia and RM6 for East Malaysia .Add RM2 for another 250g.
We only use Poslaju as it is more reliable.

Q : Can I arrange for COD?
A : Yes! COD are available for certain Miri area. Please inbox if you have any queries :)!

Q : Can I return damaged products?
A : Nope. We double check the products before we send your items,customers can request for photos before items are delivered.
Any damage done due to the delivery service will not be entertained.Thanks for understanding!:)
